Booking & Service Policy

✔ Free Delivery

All bookings include free delivery to the event location within our service area (10-mile range from State line). Additional mileage fees may apply for locations outside this range.

✔ Free Takedown & Cleanup

After your event, our team will return to take down, pack up, and clean up the equipment at no extra cost.

✔ 50% Non‑Refundable Deposit

A 50% non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Your date is not reserved until the deposit is paid.

  • The remaining balance is due 3-7 days BEFORE the service date.

  • Deposits are non‑refundable under all circumstances, but bookings may be rescheduled once (subject to availability).

✔ Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your booking ONE time at a $25 cost if you notify us ATLEAST 72 hours (3 days) in advance.

✔ Weather Policy

If weather affects your event, we will work with you to find the best solution, including rescheduling when possible.

✔ Service Area

Free delivery applies within our standard service radius. Additional fees may apply outside this area.
